Varaprint LLC (“Varaprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates varaprint.com, related online store pages, checkout pages, quote forms, upload forms, email communications, SMS/text communications, customer support channels, marketing channels, and related products and services.
This Privacy Policy explains how Varaprint collects, uses, stores, shares, discloses, protects, and otherwise processes information when you visit our website, browse products, create an account, request a quote, upload artwork, email files, submit a form, place an order, pay an invoice, communicate with us, subscribe to email or SMS marketing, interact with our ads, visit us in person, or otherwise use our products or services.
This Privacy Policy also explains how Varaprint handles mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, text messaging opt-in data, and text messaging communications.
By using our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, contacting us, opting in to communications, or otherwise interacting with Varaprint, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use our website, submit information, upload files, place an order, opt in to communications, or use our services.

2) Definitions
Personal Information / Personal Data: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or can reasonably be linked to a particular person, household, device, account, order, or business contact.

Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, SMS consent records, SMS message content, SMS delivery information, SMS opt-out records, SMS HELP requests, and information associated with text messaging communications.

Varaprint may collect information directly from you, automatically through our website, from service providers, from ecommerce platforms, from payment and shipping partners, from advertising and analytics tools, from SMS and email providers, and from other sources used to operate our business.

B) Order, Production, and Artwork Information
Because Varaprint provides custom print products, we may collect and store files, artwork, designs, images, logos, labels, packaging, text, business information, print instructions, proof approvals, product specifications, delivery details, and production notes that you provide or approve.
This may include information submitted through our website, by email, by SMS/text, by file upload, by quote request, by customer support message, by in-person order, by payment link, or by any other ordering channel.
We may use this information to review, quote, proof, design, produce, fulfill, support, reprint, remake, verify, defend, or dispute an order.
C) Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use our website, store, checkout, emails, ads, or services, we or our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, session information, pages viewed, products viewed, links clicked, cart activity, checkout activity, referring website, approximate location based on IP address, advertising interactions, email interactions, SMS interactions, fraud-prevention signals, analytics information, performance data, and diagnostic data.
D) Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, banks, gateways, ecommerce platforms, or financing providers. Varaprint may receive payment confirmation, transaction status, billing details, fraud signals, chargeback information, refund information, and limited payment-related details.
Varaprint does not intentionally store full credit card numbers through its website systems. Payment card details are generally handled by payment processors, gateways, banks, or payment platforms used to complete the transaction.
E) Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Information
We may collect and share information necessary to ship, deliver, track, confirm, or support an order, including recipient name, shipping address, delivery address, delivery instructions, tracking information, carrier information, pickup details, delivery status, shipping updates, proof of delivery, and address verification information.
F) Email and SMS Information
If you communicate with us by email, SMS/text, phone, chat, contact form, or other communication method, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, message content, message date and time, opt-in status, opt-out status, HELP requests, STOP requests, delivery status, communication history, order-related messages, customer support messages, marketing preferences, files or images you send, and any other information included in the communication.
G) In-Person Order Information
If you place an order in person, request help at our location, pick up an order, approve artwork, make payment, or communicate with our staff in person, we may collect information needed to process the order, identify the customer, confirm approval, collect payment, provide support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our policies.
H) Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, including ecommerce platforms, website hosting providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, delivery providers, email service providers, SMS/text messaging providers including Dialpad or similar providers, telecommunications providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, customer support tools, review platforms, social media platforms, marketing partners, business tools, production vendors, print partners, publicly available sources, and service providers used to operate Varaprint.
4) Categories of Personal Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with Varaprint, we may collect identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation information, customer-submitted content, audio/electronic/visual information, professional or business information, mobile information, inferences, and sensitive information only if you choose to provide it or if needed for a specific transaction, dispute, fraud review, legal request, security issue, or compliance purpose.
5) How We Use Information
Varaprint may use information for business, operational, legal, marketing, security, fraud-prevention, production, and customer-service purposes, including to process orders, create quotes, review artwork, prepare proofs, produce custom print products, communicate about orders, send confirmations, arrange pickups, process payments, prevent fraud, review chargebacks, maintain records, support reorders, handle disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, enforce our Order Restrictions & Industries We Do Not Serve Policy, operate and improve our website, send transactional messages, send marketing messages if you opt in, comply with legal obligations, and protect Varaprint’s rights, property, customers, employees, vendors, and business.
6) SMS / Text Message Privacy and Terms
This section applies to SMS, MMS, text messages, mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, SMS opt-in records, and SMS communications from or with Varaprint LLC.
A) SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in where required, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Varaprint LLC related to Varaprint products and services.
Messages may include order updates, quote updates, artwork questions, proof reminders, production updates, pickup notifications, shipping or delivery updates, customer support messages, account or service notices, payment or invoice reminders, review requests, promotional offers only if you separately opt in to marketing messages, abandoned cart reminders where permitted, and other messages related to Varaprint products, services, orders, or customer support.
B) SMS Consent
SMS consent is collected when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive messages from Varaprint LLC through an online form, checkout form, contact form, quote request, account form, written authorization, verbal consent, in-person authorization, or other clear opt-in method.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
If a phone number field is required for an order, service, quote, delivery, or customer support purpose, any separate SMS marketing opt-in checkbox should remain optional and should not be pre-checked.
C) SMS Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive may depend on your orders, quote requests, customer support requests, account activity, delivery status, marketing preferences, and whether you have opted in to promotional text messages.
D) SMS Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS or MMS messages according to your wireless plan. Varaprint is not responsible for carrier charges, message delays, failed delivery, blocked messages, or unavailable wireless service.
E) SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from Varaprint.
After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, Varaprint will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number for the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again or initiate a new conversation where a response is permitted by law.
F) SMS Help and Support
If you need help with SMS messages from Varaprint, reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us.

G) SMS Privacy and Mobile Information
Varaprint may collect mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, SMS consent records, SMS message content, SMS delivery status, SMS opt-out records, HELP requests, STOP requests, and related messaging information.
Varaprint uses mobile information to send and manage SMS messages, provide customer support, process orders, send order updates, manage marketing preferences, maintain consent records, prevent fraud, comply with messaging laws and carrier requirements, and enforce our policies.
H) Required Mobile Information Non-Sharing Statement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
I) SMS Service Providers
Varaprint may use SMS/text messaging providers, telecommunications providers, ecommerce platforms, customer support tools, and related service providers to send, receive, manage, store, or support SMS communications.
These providers may process mobile information only as needed to provide messaging, delivery, compliance, support, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or operational services for Varaprint. They are not permitted by Varaprint to use SMS opt-in data or consent records for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
J) SMS Prohibited Content and Restricted Messaging
Varaprint does not use SMS to promote restricted or prohibited content. Varaprint may block, refuse, or discontinue SMS communications related to unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, adult, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, CBD, THC, gambling, high-risk financial, debt relief, misleading, fraudulent, counterfeit, or otherwise restricted content, products, services, industries, or uses.
Varaprint may also stop or limit SMS communications if required by carrier rules, telecommunications rules, Dialpad rules, ecommerce platform rules, legal requirements, or Varaprint’s business policies.
7) Email Communications
A) Transactional Emails
We may send transactional emails related to order confirmations, payment confirmations, quote requests, proof requests, proof approvals, artwork questions, production updates, pickup notices, shipping updates, delivery updates, customer support replies, account notices, policy notices, service notices, refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
Transactional emails are not marketing emails and may be necessary to complete or support your order.
B) Marketing Emails
If you subscribe to marketing emails or otherwise provide consent where required, we may send promotional emails, offers, product updates, abandoned-cart reminders, announcements, or marketing messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting support@varaprint.com.
8) Artwork, Files, Logos, and Customer Content
Customers may submit artwork, logos, files, images, labels, packaging, text, slogans, business names, photographs, designs, and other content to Varaprint.
We may use customer-submitted content to review the order, prepare a quote, create a proof, review a proof, produce the order, communicate about the order, support reorders, handle customer support, review quality issues, resolve disputes, respond to chargebacks, verify compliance with our policies, and protect Varaprint from legal claims.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit, use, reproduce, print, distribute, and authorize Varaprint to produce any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, labels, packaging, files, or other content they provide.
Varaprint does not independently verify ownership, licensing, trademark rights, copyright rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights for every file submitted.
9) Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Advertising
Varaprint and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for website operation, shopping cart functions, checkout functions, login functions, security, fraud prevention, preference storage, analytics, website performance, advertising measurement, retargeting, attribution, personalization, email performance, and SMS performance.
Cookies may be required for certain website features to work properly. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie settings or consent tools on our website.
10) How We Share Information
Varaprint may share information with service providers, vendors, contractors, platforms, and business partners that help us operate our business and provide services.
We may share information with website hosting providers, ecommerce platforms, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, delivery providers, email service providers, SMS/text messaging providers, telecommunications providers, customer support tools, analytics providers, advertising platforms, marketing service providers, design or production vendors, print production partners, cloud storage providers, security providers, IT providers, professional advisors, accountants, attorneys, insurance providers, government authorities when legally required, law enforcement when legally required or appropriate, and parties involved in business transfers.
We share information only as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, security, marketing, payment, shipping, production, support, compliance, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are handled according to Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
11) Service Providers and Third-Party Platforms
Varaprint may use third-party platforms and service providers to operate its website, process payments, host files, send emails, send SMS/text messages, manage orders, advertise products, analyze traffic, prevent fraud, support customers, and fulfill customer orders.
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and service obligations.
Varaprint is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, payment processors, carriers, advertising platforms, social media platforms, or services that we do not control.
12) Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Varaprint does not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging customer information for money.
However, some privacy laws may define certain advertising, analytics, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities as “sharing,” “selling,” or targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
13) Data Retention
Varaprint retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may depend on order history, customer support needs, reorder support, accounting requirements, tax requirements, legal requirements, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, dispute resolution, warranty or replacement issues, business recordkeeping, security needs, policy enforcement, operational needs, SMS consent records, email consent records, opt-out records, and carrier compliance records.
SMS opt-in, SMS opt-out, and SMS consent records may be retained as needed to document consent, honor opt-outs, comply with carrier requirements, comply with applicable law, prevent abuse, and defend against claims.
Varaprint may delete, archive, anonymize, or retain information at its discretion, subject to applicable law and business needs.
14) Security
Varaprint uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include access controls, password protections, secure systems, vendor controls, payment processor protections, data limitation practices, internal procedures, and other security measures.
However, no website, network, payment system, email system, SMS system, file transfer, or storage method is completely secure. Varaprint cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted, transmitted, stored, or processed.
Customers are responsible for using secure passwords, protecting account access, avoiding unsafe file transfers, avoiding suspicious links, and notifying Varaprint promptly if they believe their account, email, payment information, SMS communications, or order information has been compromised.
15) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law. These rights may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain personal information, opt out of certain targeted advertising, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, appeal a denied privacy request where applicable, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
Varaprint will respond to verified privacy requests as required by applicable law.
Some requests may be denied or limited if information is needed to complete an order, process payment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, enforce our policies, honor opt-outs, maintain SMS consent records, or protect Varaprint’s rights.
16) California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, if the law applies to Varaprint.
These rights may include the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collecting personal information, the categories of sources of personal information, the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed, the right to request access, deletion, correction, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

17) Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under state privacy laws. Depending on the law that applies, these rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising, opt-out of sale or sharing, and appeal rights.

18) International Privacy Rights
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be collected, processed, transferred, stored, or accessed in the United States or other countries where Varaprint or its service providers operate.
Privacy laws in the United States or other locations may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your country.
If applicable privacy law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, or file a complaint with a supervisory authority, you may contact us at support@varaprint.com.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, protect your privacy, prevent fraud, or confirm authority to act on behalf of another person or business.
20) Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of certain personal information by emailing support@varaprint.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Varaprint may deny or limit deletion requests when information is needed to complete or support an order, provide customer service, process refunds or replacements, maintain business records, comply with tax/accounting/legal obligations, detect or prevent fraud, resolve disputes, handle chargebacks, protect legal rights, honor opt-outs, maintain SMS consent records, maintain email consent records, comply with carrier requirements, enforce our Terms of Service, enforce our Order Restrictions & Industries We Do Not Serve Policy, maintain security, or exercise or defend legal claims.
If deletion is not legally required or cannot be fully completed, we may retain information as permitted by law.
21) Correction Requests
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information by emailing support@varaprint.com with the subject line “Data Correction Request.”
We may request verification before making changes. We may deny correction requests if we cannot verify the request, if the requested change is inaccurate, if the information must be retained as originally recorded for legal or business reasons, or if an exception applies.
22) Do Not Track and Universal Opt-Out Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, Varaprint may not respond to all Do Not Track signals.
Where legally required and technically feasible, we may recognize certain universal opt-out mechanisms or browser-based privacy signals related to targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.
23) Children’s Privacy
Varaprint’s website and services are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
Orders must be placed by individuals who are legally able to enter into binding agreements or by authorized adults, parents, guardians, businesses, schools, organizations, or other responsible parties.
24) Public Reviews, Social Media, and User Content
If you post a review, tag Varaprint, comment on our social media pages, send us photos, submit testimonials, or otherwise share content publicly, that content may be visible to others.
Information shared publicly is not private. Varaprint is not responsible for how others use publicly available information.
If you submit photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content to Varaprint, you may be giving us permission to use that content for customer support, marketing, portfolio, advertising, social media, business, or promotional purposes, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.
25) Business Transfers
If Varaprint is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, transfer of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred, disclosed, reviewed, or used as part of that transaction.
26) Legal Disclosures
Varaprint may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, respond to legal process, respond to subpoenas, respond to court orders, respond to government requests, cooperate with law enforcement, protect Varaprint’s rights, protect Varaprint’s property, protect Varaprint’s customers, protect Varaprint’s employees, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, enforce our Order Restrictions & Industries We Do Not Serve Policy, defend against claims, and protect safety, security, or legal interests.

Varaprint is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, policies, or actions of third-party websites or services.

Varaprint may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we may revise the effective date at the top of the page. Changes are effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
