      We want shipping to be simple, predictable, and transparent—especially because many of our products are printed to order. This page explains how we process orders, how shipping is calculated, what delivery timelines to expect, and what to do if anything goes wrong.


      1) How delivery timelines work (Production + Shipping)

      Most Varaprint items are made to order. Your total delivery time is typically:

      Production time (we make your order)

      • Shipping transit time (carrier delivery)
        = Estimated delivery window

      Production time (printing + finishing)

      Production time varies by product, quantity, and finishing options.

      • Typical production time: 1–7 business days

      • Production begins after:

        • Payment is received, and

        • Your artwork/design is confirmed (and if applicable, approved)

      Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.

      Shipping transit time

      Shipping transit time depends on:

      • The shipping method selected at checkout

      • Your delivery location

      • Carrier routing and seasonal volume

      Your best estimate is always the delivery window shown at checkout, since it reflects your exact items, quantity, and destination.


      2) Shipping destinations

      United States (Nationwide)

      We ship throughout the United States. Available shipping options may vary based on product size/weight and your location.


      3) Shipping costs & Free Delivery

      Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

      • Your delivery address

      • Item size/weight and packaging needs

      • Selected shipping speed

      • Any special handling requirements (oversized packaging, freight, etc.)

      Free Delivery on orders over $50

      We offer Free Delivery on eligible orders over $50 (when available). Free delivery may not apply to:

      • Oversized or freight items

      • Certain remote/extended delivery areas

      • Expedited shipping upgrades

      If free delivery is available for your order, it will appear automatically at checkout.


      4) Shipping methods & split shipments

      Shipping options vary by product and destination. Common options may include:

      • Standard / Ground

      • Expedited

      • Rush / Express (available only for eligible items)

      If your order contains multiple products with different production schedules or packaging requirements, your items may ship in more than one package. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


      5) Order confirmation, tracking, and updates

      After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

      Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

      Tracking note: Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after a shipping label is created. Some carriers won’t show movement until the first scan at a regional facility.


      6) Address accuracy & delivery requirements

      Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address entered on your order.

      If an order cannot be delivered (for example: incorrect/incomplete address, missing unit number, restricted location, or failed delivery attempts), the carrier may return the package as undeliverable. In those cases:

      • Reshipping may require an additional shipping payment, and

      • Delivery may be delayed while we coordinate next steps

      Helpful tips:

      • Include apartment/suite/unit numbers

      • Use a phone number where carriers can reach you if needed

      • For large-format products, a physical street address is strongly recommended

      Signature on delivery (sometimes required):
      For higher-value orders or certain shipments, the carrier may require a signature at delivery.


      7) Changing or canceling an order

      Because printed goods often move into production quickly, changes and cancellations can be limited.

      • Before production: We’ll do our best to help with edits or cancellations.

      • After production starts: Changes or cancellations may not be possible.

      If you need to change anything, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.


      8) Packages marked “Delivered” but not found

      If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

      1. Confirm the shipping address on the order is correct.

      2. Check around entrances, mailrooms, porches, garages, and side doors.

      3. Look for a delivery notice (paper or email) from the carrier.

      4. Ask neighbors/building staff if the package was accepted for you.

      5. Wait 24 hours—some carriers mark packages delivered slightly early.

      If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll guide you through next steps.


      9) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

      We pack orders carefully, but issues can happen.

      If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with:

      • Your order number

      • Photos of the packaging and the item(s)

      • A brief description of the issue

      When will my order be delivered?

      We currently ship nationwide within the United States.
      Your order is produced first, then shipped from one of our U.S. production facilities.
      Production and delivery times vary based on the product, quantity, and the shipping method you choose.
      At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window for your order, and we’ll email you tracking details as soon as it ships.

      Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

      We start processing print jobs very quickly, so changes are only possible before your order goes into production.
      If you need to update artwork, quantity, or shipping details, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
      Once printing has started, we’re usually not able to cancel or change the order.

      What if there’s a problem with my order?

      We want you to be happy with your prints. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or doesn’t match the approved artwork, contact us right away.
      Please include your order number and a few photos of the issue so we can review it.
      If we made a mistake, we’ll arrange a reprint or another solution for you.
